By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms set out below.<\/p><hr \/><h2>1. Booking Confirmation<\/h2><ul><li><p>A booking is considered <strong>confirmed<\/strong> only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Confirmation will be communicated via email or official written communication.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Verbal agreements are not considered binding.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>2. Payment Terms<\/h2><ul><li><p>A <strong>deposit<\/strong> may be required at the time of booking to secure reservations.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The <strong>balance payment<\/strong> must be settled before the tour start date, as communicated during booking.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation without refund.<\/p><\/li><li><p>All bank charges, transfer fees, and currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the client.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>3. Cancellation by the Client<\/h2><p>All cancellation requests must be submitted <strong>in writing<\/strong>.<\/p><h3>Cancellation Fees:<\/h3><ul><li><p><strong>30 days or more before departure:<\/strong> Partial refund, less administrative and third-party costs<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>15\u201329 days before departure:<\/strong> 50% of total booking cost forfeited<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>14 days or less before departure:<\/strong> 100% of total booking cost forfeited<\/p><\/li><\/ul><blockquote><p>Note: Certain services such as accommodation, park fees, flights, or third-party bookings may be <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>, regardless of cancellation timing.<\/p><\/blockquote><hr \/><h2>4. No-Show Policy<\/h2><ul><li><p>Failure to arrive on the scheduled date and time without prior notice will be treated as a <strong>no-show<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>No-shows are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>5. Amendments to Bookings<\/h2><ul><li><p>Requests to change travel dates, itineraries, or participant details must be made in writing.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.<\/p><\/li><li><p>We do not guarantee that amendments can be accommodated.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>6. Cancellation or Changes by Henric Tours &amp; Safaris<\/h2><p>We reserve the right to cancel or modify a booking due to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Weather conditions<\/p><\/li><li><p>Safety or security concerns<\/p><\/li><li><p>Operational constraints<\/p><\/li><li><p>Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government actions)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>In such cases, we will offer:<\/p><ul><li><p>A suitable alternative, <strong>or<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p>A refund for the unused portion of services (excluding non-refundable third-party costs)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>7. Refund Processing<\/h2><ul><li><p>Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Refund processing may take <strong>7\u201321 business days<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Transaction fees and third-party charges are non-refundable.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>8. Travel Insurance<\/h2><ul><li><p>Comprehensive travel insurance is <strong>strongly recommended<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Insurance should cover cancellations, medical emergencies, personal belongings, and delays.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Henric Tours &amp; Safaris is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by insurance.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>9. Client Responsibility<\/h2><p>Clients are responsible for:<\/p><ul><li><p>Valid passports, visas, and travel documentation<\/p><\/li><li><p>Compliance with health requirements (vaccinations, fitness)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Timely arrival at departure points<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Failure to meet these requirements does not qualify for a refund.<\/p><hr \/><h2>10.
